Living Art


Studio SB is a living, one-person practice in Baar, Switzerland.

Each object and series, evolves with feedback, usage, observation, and changing human needs. Nothing is static — each composition reflects a moment in time, an intersection of material intelligence, lifestyle, and taste.

Current medium: leather. Future chapters may include silver, silk, mixed media, or other materials.

Each Studio SB object is designed, prototyped, and produced entirely within the studio.

A year of regular use reveals the enduring character of vegetable-tanned leather. Softened by time, yet unwavering in its structure, it develops a rich patina that is uniquely its own. The petrol hue continues its evolution, deepening into a darker, more nuanced tone—a reminder that the most beautiful materials are never static. Handcrafted to accompany you for years, not seasons.
